Why does Google only show 5 reviews?
Google's public API returns the 5 most recent reviews at a time. TrackReview polls every 6 hours and stores each new review, so your full history builds automatically the longer you track.
Can I track multiple locations?
Yes — the Starter plan supports up to 3 locations. Each location gets its own dashboard with independent stats, charts, and review history.
What email alerts do I get?
You can choose instant alerts (one email per new review), daily digest, weekly digest (every Monday), or turn alerts off. You also get unanswered review reminders after a configurable number of days.
